Job Description
Our clients, who are very well established and respected both within and outside of their industry are now in the market for a Customer Services Advisor to join their team. Our client emjoys a relaxed and informal working environment together with excellent benefist and long term career prospects for the more aspitaional candidate. Duties will involve :
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls placed to the service department and process breakdown call-outs
- Pass breakdown calls and service chasers to relevant engineers within the target time
- Provide basic technical support to customers over the telephone as required
- Take incoming calls to the Help Desk and refer to the appropriate person within the company as necessary
- Maintain and update customer information accurately as and when required
- Analyse information to resolve customer problems and enquiries
- Process paperwork
- General administration
Requirements:
- Must be capable of making a range of decisions within established systems with regards to
- priorities and appropriate response to customer queries
- Ability to respond and reply to problems quickly and accurately, liaising with other
- departments where necessary
- Able to maintain good company image and customer satisfaction
- Able to reply to problems efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy
- Educated to a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) level
- Able to work on your own initiative
- High quality word processing skills required
- Quietly assertive
- Excel knowledge is preferable
- Tactfulness when dealing with any and all contacts outside the company
